Sei Mani welcomes Director of Talent, Rowan Lawrence to the team

Sei Mani are delighted to announce Rowan Lawrence has joined the team as Director of Talent. Ro brings with her a wealth of experience in working with growing businesses in the professional services industry, building-up and embedding successful HR and talent functions. She has worked with a range of European and US companies over the past 14 years, specialising in supporting businesses at times of scale and growth whilst retaining a strong focus on culture and engagement. Ro has worked with companies such as Teneo, Stopgap Group and Barclays Capital. She has recently returned from a sabbatical where she travelled the world volunteering for conservation projects while acquiring the new skill of learning Spanish.

Ro commented on her new appointment: “Remote working arrangements help create more diverse, productive, inclusive workplaces which suit the needs of both individuals and organisations. Until now there’s been a reluctance from some to embrace this type of working, however this has now changed! I am really excited to be joining a company that is at the forefront of supporting this transformation and look forward to supporting the people behind this.”
